Fees relating to work already completed, third-party expenses, purchased licenses, domain registrations, hosting, or other non-recoverable costs may not be refundable.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
WebChink retains ownership of its pre-existing software, frameworks, libraries, templates, tools, methodologies, processes, code components, and intellectual property.
Customer-owned materials remain the property of the customer.
Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
Ownership or licensing of custom deliverables will be determined by the applicable project agreement and payment status.
Payment for a project does not automatically transfer ownership of WebChink's pre-existing intellectual property or third-party components.
You retain responsibility for content, data, images, logos, trademarks, product information, documents, and other materials supplied by you.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide and use such materials.
You grant WebChink the limited rights necessary to use, reproduce, modify, store, and process such materials solely for providing the contracted Services.
You must not:

Search engines and other platforms independently determine rankings, indexing, eligibility, and visibility. Their algorithms, policies, and features may change without notice.
